in the context of the Temporary School for the Development of Beautiful Gestures
“Staying in the center” – also called “staying with oneself” or “being present” – becomes even more challenging than it already is when we enter a public space and expose ourselves to the unknown. Many impressions, opinions and situations have to be met, we have to turn towards them and stay open – instead of running away, becoming aggressive or ignoring them. Understanding ourselves, our triggers in our mind is the basis for beauty, which we desire, to manifest itself.
There are impulse talks, conversation in the group, groups of two (active listening). Everything that comes up has a place. I am looking forward to our work together.
